An exciting opportunity exists at Geoffrey Cutter Centre for an experienced, dynamic and highly motivated Enrolled Nurse with experience in aged care and/or dementia care and medication endorsement qualifications or a commitment to work towards the same.

Geoffrey Cutter Centre is a 60 bed high level residential aged care facility located in Ballarat East.  It is staffed by a team committed to delivering resident focused high quality care.

We are looking for nurses with a passion for aged care, a strong focus on resident centred care and who can demonstrate an ability to work within our organisational values of Teamwork, Respect, Accountability and Compassion.

 

The successful applicants will be excellent communicators with a sound understanding/knowledge of ACFI, Aged Care Standards and Quality outcomes. 

 

Suitable applicants must also demonstrate competence in the following behaviours:

Successful applicants must have the availability to work across all shifts including AM, PM and nights over 7 days of the week, by roster.
