Ballarat Health Services is currently seeking skilled, motivated staff to support Mental Health Services working as casual Administrative Services Officer/s.


The role/s will be required to operate across both Ararat and Horsham offices covering annual leave and rostered days off with the flexibility to cover unplanned leave.


You will report to the Administration Coordinator situated at Ballarat Health Services and will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Mental Health Services Community teams.


As a member of a dynamic service your communication and interpersonal skills will be of the highest standard, including the ability to identify and solve problems constructively. You will have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills with particular emphasis on accurate data entry, report production and the ability to format letters of a high quality standard coupled with attention to detail.


You will have a positive demeanour and be a team player who actively participates in ongoing mandatory training requirments and meetings relevant to your role. You will have the ability to remain calm under pressure and work to tight timelines.


Essential: Well-developed Microsoft Office skills using Word, Excel and electronic mail and diary systems. Front desk reception experience will be well regarded.
