Residential Services Assistant

48 Hours per Fortnight


Ballarat Health Services is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Residential Service Assistant  who is interested in supporting care of older persons.  Working within a multidisciplinary team you will be expected to facilitate and foster best practice service delivery to clients and their families.


PS Hobson is a 60 bed facility that has undergone recent renovations and is under new facility management.  The facility is nestled in the Wendouree precinct of Stock lands shopping hub and is close to gardens and parklands of lake Wendouree.


Successful applicants will possess a high degree of flexibility and initiative, have an eye for detail and a willingness to learn. Applicants must possess a current Food Handling Certificate (HLTFS207C - Follow Basic Food Safety Practices).


Suitable applicants must also demonstrate competence in the following behaviours:
